BORROW A SPEED INDICATING DEVICE FOR YOUR AREA

If you are part of a local community group, you could borrow a speed indicating device (SID) to use in your neighbourhood.

The device shows the speed of vehicles as they approach and either a smiley face, or a frowning face if they are speeding.

You can keep the device for 7 days to use in your local area.

The Council will also provide you with training and other resources to support you.

This is just one of many initiatives being implemented by your Labour Council to reduce road accidents.
