On Sunday 29 September from 2pm the Leeds Civic Trust and Leeds Stand Up To Racism are unveiling a blue plaque to commemorate the Battle of Holbeck Moor when in 1936 30,000 people in Leeds massively outnumbered and pushed back 1000 Blackshirts led by Oswald Mosley and his British Union of Fascists.
