Due to the severe weather warning for heavy snow this weekend, refuse collections due to be made on Sunday (5 January) have been postponed until Sunday 12 January

This is to make sure all bins can be collected and reduce the risks for our staff and residents in the expected challenging conditions by taking 60 LGVs off the road. Anyone due a collection this Sunday is asked to leave their bin for collection on Sunday 12 January instead.

Our gritters will be out over the weekend, with a fleet of 30 gritters, quad bikes and tractors covering primary routes across Leeds.
