HEALTHY HOLIDAYS SCHOOLS AND THIRD SECTOR 2025 APPLICATIONS NOW LIVE

Applications are now open for schools and Third sector organisations to take part in the Healthy Holidays programme in 2025.

The Healthy Holidays programme provides engaging, fun activities and healthy food for children eligible for free school meals in the Easter, summer, and Christmas school holidays.

Third sector applications close on 6th January 2025 and applications can be made here:

Schools' applications close on 16th January 2025 and applications can be made here, with guidance document here:

Please note that there has not been an announcement by the Dept. for Education regarding the funding for the Holiday Activity and Food programme in 2025 (locally named Healthy Holidays).

We would not usually start applications until funding is fully confirmed, however, Leeds City Council & Leeds Community Foundation are starting the process at risk for all Healthy Holidays schemes, so that if funding is allocated, we are ready to deliver projects in the Easter holidays 2025.

For more information, please email healthyholidaysteam@leeds.gov.uk.
