Leeds City Council has received a planning application for the alteration of Hetton Court,The Oval, Hunslet Leeds, LS10 2AT, to be turned into 54 flats. Details can be found here.

I have serious concerns over this application, which is being applied for under permitted development. I have written to the Councils Planning Department to ask for a detailed briefing on it.
