WSP are planning for maintenance works to be carried out on L198 Waddingtons Rail Bridge at A639 Wakefield Road (near M621 Junction 7) on behalf of Leeds City Council. The works being carried out will involve upgrading the cathodic protection system on the bridge. The proposed works are due to be carried out on the following dates and times:
15/08/20 -16/08/20 between 22:00 - 08:30
22/08/20 - 23/08/20 between 22:00 - 08:30
05/09/20 - 06/09/20 between 22:00 - 08:30
12/09/20 -13/09/20 between 22:00 - 08:30
19/09/20 - 20/09/20 between 22:00 - 08:30
03/10/20 - 04/10/20 between 22:00 - 08:30
17/10/20 -18/10/20 between 22:00 - 08:30
31/10/20 - 01/11/20 between 22:00 - 08:30
14/11/20 -15/11/20 between 22:00 - 08:30
28/11/20 - 29/11/20 between 22:00 - 08:30
HGVs will be diverted around works following: Queen St > B6481 Pontefract Rd > A639 Thwaite Gate > A639 Low Rd > A61 towards west > M621 J4 EB entry slip > end diversion at M621 J7 EB exit slip
Local traffic will be diverted around the works following: Queen St > B6481 Pontefract Rd > Take 3rd exit at roundabout and join A639 towards west > A61 > end diversion at M621 J7 roundabout
